Production Capabilities
Factory Complex of Today
Located in Dayantang Village, Bobai County, Yulin City, Guangxi — the heartland of Chinese rattan craftsmanship. Our facility integrates research, production, and sales, specializing in handwoven home products crafted from natural plant materials.
Covering approximately 15,000 square meters, our factory complex provides ample space for large-scale artisan production across 6 departments and 10 dedicated workshops.
Our Production Process
Eight meticulously controlled stages ensure every product meets our highest quality standards.
Wire Forming
Precision metal wire is bent and shaped using CNC machinery to create the structural framework for each product.
Welding
Resistance welding and CO₂ welding techniques securely join metal components, ensuring durable and stable frames.
Polishing
Every welded joint and surface is carefully polished to remove burrs and achieve a smooth, flawless finish.
Powder Coating
Frames undergo electrostatic powder coating and high-temperature baking for a uniform, rust-resistant colored finish.
Hand Weaving
Skilled artisans weave natural materials — rattan, bamboo, and seagrass — onto the frames by hand.
Dyeing
Materials are treated with eco-friendly dyes to achieve rich, consistent colors that meet client specifications.
Assembly
Electrical components, lampshades, and hardware are precisely assembled and wired by trained technicians.
Packaging
Finished products are carefully wrapped and packed into custom cartons, ready for safe global shipment.
Rigorous Quality Control
A comprehensive, multi-layer quality management system ensures every product meets the highest standards — from raw material sourcing to final packaging.
Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials — rattan, bamboo, iron wire, wood — are inspected upon arrival. We verify moisture content, color consistency, diameter tolerance, and structural integrity.
Pre-Production Sample
Before mass production begins, the first piece is fully inspected and approved. Only after the pre-production sample passes all checkpoints does the full production run commence.
In-Process Patrol Inspection
QC staff conduct regular patrol inspections at every production stage. Any deviation is caught and corrected immediately.
Cross-Process Check
Each workstation inspects the output from the previous process before accepting it. This cross-process verification builds quality control into every hand-off.
100% Full Inspection
All electrical products undergo a 100% full inspection before shipment — every unit is tested for electrical safety, wiring integrity, and functional performance.
Pre-Packaging Inspection
Before packaging, random samples are pulled and tested for moisture content, structural integrity, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy to ensure they meet export standards.
